Delta Hotels Kamloops

Great stay at the Delta Hotel in Kamloops. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were able to adjust my reservation on very short notice, which I really appreciated. The room was comfortable, and the Pantry on the fifth floor was super convenient. Jashan, Mohit and Ash at the bar were fantastic. Tim at the restaurant was phenomenal and attentive, even when busy. Rishi was always stopping by to make sure we were looked after and everything was perfect. The food at the lobby restaurant was some of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel! Overall, a wonderful stay from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Large comfy bed with plenty of jumbo pillows. Outdoor heated pool and hot tub were wonderful. Central location with many dining options within walking distance. Late check out available depending on available. Thanks for the relaxing evening exhausted mama

Perfect stay from start to finish. I celebrated my birthday with a staycation and the hotel went above and beyond. Amazing staff, spotless rooms, beautiful facilities, and delicious food. Highly recommend for travelers or locals wanting a relaxing Kamloops escape! I wish I could add more stars for the outstanding staff and customer service.

My wife and I stayed overnight at the Delta Kamloops, whilst returning to Vancouver Island, after a visit to our family in Calgary. We’ve stayed in many hotels en route before, but never experienced a level of comfort or welcome that we did from the staff at this particular Delta. We arrived at a fairly busy check-in time, and were warmly welcomed by Prerna, who explained the amenities at the hotel and our room. We had trouble connecting to the Delta’s wi-fi network, which she solved immediately without making us look like two incompetent seniors! The lobby, adjoining bar and restaurant were impeccably clean, as was our room when we got to it. We slept in the “bed from Heaven” with comfortable, ironed bedding, something that seems a rarity these days. The bathroom was spotless, there was plenty of towels, and a good hot shower with full-pressure water…what a treat! We had supper in the bar, choosing from the entire Cordo restaurant and bar menu. Our antipasto charcuterie board was delicious and more than the two of us could eat. The house made gluten-free crackers were excellent, so much so, I asked the Chef for the recipe at breakfast next morning. We were very well looked after by Nate, who was friendly and interested in where we’d been and where we were going. He came back and checked on us regularly, to see if we needed anything else. We had an equally good breakfast the following morning, and were checked-out by Aiya, who wished us a safe journey home, and even offered us bottled water for the drive. Our entire experience at this Delta in Kamloops has made us decide we will stay here each time we make the journey to Calgary. The GM is obviously invested in her hotel doing well, and very supportive and encouraging to her team to offer the very best of hospitality to her guests! I’d highly recommend this hotel to you. We felt very welcome and comfortable staying here.

Absolutely outstanding hotel. Amazing location and such great service. Was greeted very warmly and they went the extra mile in so many ways. Onsite pantry for higher level Bonvoy members is super well stocked all the time. Location is incredible…so many great restaurants are walkable from here.

This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at in Kamloops, we will definitely be back. The rooms are clean and comfortable, staff are kind and helpful and the amenities are great! We especially loved the heated rooftop pool / hot tub and the Cordo grab and go in the lobby. It’s so nice to be able to get a specialty coffee right in the lobby!

We stayed here overnight during our Rocky Mountaineer trip on the way to Banff. Delta Hotel Kamloops was a wonderful hotel. The rooms, while on the smaller side, were clean and efficient. The hotel appeared newly opened or refreshed which was a bonus. We enjoyed a couple of rounds of cards with friends in the lobby which was relaxing and comfortable. If you are in Kamloops, think about staying at Delta Hotel!

Check in was smooth and professional and helpful. Pantry for Marriott status members was very well stocked at all times. Kevin at the front desk in the morning was extremely helpful and approachable. Room was super clean as was the hotel. I would not bother to look further for a great accommodation.
